STAR Early Literacy 2015-16
Launch the media gallery 1 playerSTAR360 Early Literacy is given to all students in PK-2 grade. This literacy assessment scores 10 sub-domain categories, gives grade placement, scaled score and literacy classification which is used in the graphs. The four categories are Early Emergent Reader (SS 300-487), Late Emergent Reader (SS 488-674), Transitional Reader (SS 675-774) and Probable Reader (SS 775-900). Sub Categories: Alphabetic Principle, Concept of Word, Visual Discrimination, Phonemic Awareness, Phonics, Structural Analysis, Vocabulary, Sentence-Level Comprehension, Paragraph-Level Comprehension and Early Numeracy.
